The Job:

As a Client Success Manager at CloudFactory, you are a trusted advisor for our clients, applying relational and business consultancy skills to help them leverage CloudFactory as a competitive advantage to dominate their market. You will manage the overall post-sale business relationship with assigned accounts, overseeing the onboarding process and then driving satisfaction, retention, and growth throughout the client journey. You will be able to maintain a holistic understanding of client expectations and success measures and lead strategies to support those goals and achieve desired outcomes. And you will advocate client needs and share wins and learnings cross-departmentally to help everyone learn to better serve our clients.

Your job will be based in fantastic Durham, North Carolina as part of a global company with operations in the UK, Nepal, and Kenya.

The Experience:

We’re looking for 4+ years of client success, account management, and/or management consulting experience, ideally in SaaS or similar. Technology startup experience and international work experience would be a big plus!
