The main responsibility of the Senior Recruiter (North America) is to help hiring managers make great hires in the USA to continue scaling. We’re looking for full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Your primary client group with be Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Client Success). You must have done sales recruitment before.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
