The main responsibility of the Recruiter is to help CloudFactory make great hires and continue scaling. We’re looking for full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Apart from being a seasoned recruiter, you should also have a penchant for PR and Marketing with an ability to identify key partners who can help us maintain a high quality candidate pipeline as well as forge relationships with them.
You will fit in really well at CloudFactory if creating meaningful work for 1 million people in the developing world excites you.
